Because each article of clothing is hand-sewn, there may be inconsistencies when it comes to letter sizes. Even if you are almost always a certain letter, check to see what size you should order by looking at the chart included on every shirt and tank top page. If you're on the cusp of a certain size, you may want to consider ordering a size up.

In the very, very rare case that the shipping company loses a package, I have a small window of time to make a claim on your your behalf. Some of the shirts that are not hand-sewn use a process that can cause a slight "vinegar" smell—common occurrence in the t-shirt space. These shirts are already made and have a fixation agent applied to create a strong bond with the fabric. The result is a high-quality print that won't quickly peel after use. This smell is easily removed in the first wash.

Really good quality shirt, looks great, I like it a lot. -1 star because of sizing. I am usually a large but like to buy XL because I prefer a looser fit. Purchased a women's XL and it fits me but is REALLY snug. If I had tried this on without knowing what size it was I would've guessed it was a medium. -1 star because of shipping. The package was shipped with DHL, and I paid shipping to the seller. When the package arrived, DHL charged me a tax (ok fine, it's probably duties or whatever), but then charged an additional service fee! I would not have purchased from here if I had known the total charges in advance.
